Gratitude

 I am grateful for:

my life, my home, my health my gifts, my faith, my place of employment (when I don't think about quitting) and oh yeah my 3 I.T. my Gifts from God (my babies)

My friendships; the angels in the form of individuals who cross my path, when I am at my lowest moments they wash upon in their purest most vulnerable forms, they make me laugh. They uplift my spirits, they bring me joy, from the grown-ish filthy cursing adult to the funniest "I don't know why I got kicked out of class", little girl little boy.

I am grateful

I am grateful for what I need in human form; that is, people in my life who love me. All of me; as I am imperfections and all. The good (my attitude most of the time), the bad (Evonne), the big (my personality and smile) and the small (my patience for BS).

The courteous, the kind, she who speaks her mind, they love me because I AM......one of a kind. I am eclectic, a little bizarre yet always a shining star... I'm grateful.

I appreciate genuine friendships, so far and few between. I love and appreciate my parents much more as an adult 'cause as a kid I thought they ass was mean.  For their love and care not only to me but to my babies, this love they pass on, they share.  A listening ear when I need one, they carry me in their hearts and their prayers.

I am grateful for my gifts, my ability to see with my third eye as well as my two. They show me the truth beyond the lies which sometimes it's for fun, knowledge or for me to have a narcissistic moment, just know I see you.

Sometimes it's for knowledge, for me to see the truth beyond the lies. For me to see beyond the "everything's ok" adult words, sometimes it's for the little child who in the darkness all alone on the inside that still cries.

I am grateful for discernment, empathy, compassion, strength and intuition. All of these in addition to my personal life have helped me along the way as I strive in my professional life with a fierce ambition to change lives of those whose path I cross. To help them make much better life decisions, as some have done for me.

I am most grateful for my downfalls for they have shown me my resilience. They've shown me that in life you will fall and fall and fall and fall again; but you learn. You learn that falling the first time it's hard, the next time you fall with grace you get back up, dust yourself off  with a smile or smirk on your face. You carry on for this time you fall its with grace and precision (no pain, nothing broken, the recovery is quicker) to not stay down you've made a conscious decision.

 I am grateful
