Trump won, I'm hurt, I'm confused, I'm sad, I'm mad
--people protesting scared of what's to come, but the racist are surely glad
--kids are worried about being put in slavery
--parents worried will I make enough to provide for my family
--the sick are discouraged about their potentially disappearing health care
--poor racist trash don't realize about them or us Trump really DOESN'T care
--what type of president wants to keep people out by building a wall
--some say for Mexico, other immigrants don't get comfortable, oh he's coming for y'all
--how am I as a Christian at night supposed to sleep
--when others are being persecuted because of their religious beliefs --so what's next? what is your position in this for struggle for common decency fight
-- for some its marches, protests and sit-ins for, others unification of different faiths behind the scene out of sight
--what's next? We can't just sit twiddling my thumbs waiting on the other shoe to drop
--when a crazy man has been elected to run our country and our people are still being killed by each other and racist cops
-- so what's next? this is a time for Unity, one person can fight alone
--I understand where my ancestors come from but right now, the US is where I call home
--I hope to help to unify people against the races, sexist hate-filled America in which we now reside
--for my children, myself, my fellow man ....we can't just sit by and let this slide
--so what's next? I can't tell you, your heart should tell you to do
what move to make,
which road to travel
which tree to shake
but sitting still is not an option there is way too much at stake
