The importance of balance between solitude and socialization
It's important to have both states of being in your life
Solitude..for the purpose of meditating, thinking, processing and planning
Sometimes you need to be alone to reflect on your life..accomplishments, challenges and planning out your goals. Why alone? Because often, people have influence on our decisions without our realizing it. Sometimes when you are alone..you can hear God....clearly.  You can weigh pro's and con's.  Sometimes others will tell you what you can't do, what's to hard, what's NOT possible. In reality their afraid of being left behind or disgusted with themselves because they are not growing.  Now there are those that are solely trying to protect you or are trying to help you.  This is why it's important to surround yourself with like minded people or role models...people you can learn from.  Just be careful not to dwell in solitude too long because you may develop an intolerance of others.
Socialization...good for stress release, enjoying life, gaining knowledge and making you a well rounded individual.  You have to be careful of  WHO you socialize with. They don't all have to be entrepreneurs and rocket scientists,; however, there also shouldn't be a group of unemployed, poor in spirit down trodden people either.  If your friend is "going through" for years ..your not motivating them or they are happy where they are.. Either way..Move on! like minded doesn't always mean same spiritual beliefs, but tolerance of each other's faith is helpful.  Same financial standing is not essential but conversation on how to both be financially secure is beneficial to both. Finally, your relationship status doesn't have to be the same..but be RESPECTFUL of each other's relationship. You don't have to judge or discriminate but if I'm broke and you're broke..WE BROKE. But if I'm high and your low I should pull you up; however,  if during the process you try to pull me down..it's time for me to let you go......
I had a reading book in school once called people need people... yes you do, the RIGHT people..but as Sophia in the color purple said sometimes you need to just be left alone.
